KIDS TRAINING CAMP
About the Camp
Dates: 1st July 2019 - 11th August 2019 (6 weeks)
Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Time: 8am - 10am
Sessions: The exercises will vary from balance work, coordination, gymnastics, body weight, movement exploration, core, posture and more!
Coaches: Every group will be conducted by 2 University qualified coaches to give better individual attention.
Age Groups: 8-10, 11-13 & 14-17
IMPORTANT NOTE: We will be taking into consideration their BIOLOGICAL AGE not just CHRONOLOGICAL AGE. Early developers will be training with older age groups and later developers will be grouped accordingly. This will give better results by the end of the camp
Price: €200 including: t-shirt, reusable water bottles, assessments, 18 two hour sessions and free parking.
